Who is Hannah? 

Hi! I'm Hannah,  the mum behind the Facebook group Keto New Zealand.  Keto New Zealand started in 2016 when I saw a need for it in other Facebook groups I ran, and it continues to grow today at around 3000-4000 members per month. After supporting 1000's of people, answering their questions and guiding them to the accurate information, my personal knowledge of Keto has grown phenomenally. Being able to share this information to support people's lives, improve NZ Keto products and increase the recognition of foods that people can use has been amazing. 

My personal experience of Keto has been 'interesting' to say the least. Managing it alongside major surgeries, allergies and cooking for a young family hasn't always been straightforward or maintained, but the benefits that I find from it bring it back to eating this way time and time again. 

 I love helping people and seeing them get out of situations they were struggling in.  It is tremendously important to me to be authentic, real, genuine and keeping the group an exceptionally supportive place to be. Facebook is an incredible tool to reach people within their homes and lives.
